BMW Z4/MX5. Unless I had a beautiful girl beside me at all times, I could never pull it off. Fortunately I have the girl. Just don't have the money!
I'll never own a convertible, but I do secretly like them. Don't tell. |

TBH very heavy on juice, no issues with the EFI (I used to work on them and that was not the big issue!) Find a good Land Rover mechanic and you will never have any issues with them. Now hit Autotrader / E bay! |

I am aware that Volvo does have a flat cap following, But I am still this side of forty (just!) and have driven them for nearly ten years, but I have had a 855 T5 on my driveway.
But I will NEVER own a Rover, majority of Datsuns (I still refuse to call them Nissans) Toyotas, majority of French cars and as long as I have a hole in my axxe I will NEVER EVER be caught dead in a fecking Kia, I feel it is handy that all the old farts that cannot drive and are unable to buy a new Rover, are now in Kias, so you know to give them a very wide birth, because you know that they will cut YOU off and then tut at you and comment to their old biddy passenger that YOU are in the wrong, I'd nuke them all, bxxxxts! |

The red peugeot 405 sdi on Ebay tonight, zero rust, full service history, low mileage, bullet proof engines, it would have saved me a fortune on fuel and I could have saved up the money for something nice but to be seen in it.............. (I suppose I could have worn a mask, lol)
The last one I had just kept going, round and round the clock, ran on just a whiff of diesel, new owners took it off to Greece The accountant in me kept saying buy it, buy it, buy it..................

Hello
I would love to have my Mini back - a 1982 Mini 1000 in Tomato Soup Red, with a Mountney steering wheel! No need to slow down to go round corners, and a top speed of 60, so no danger of a ticket. It was like driving a go-kart. I'd also hate to be driving around in a car smaller than anything else on the road, with no safety features whatsoever, and which would be flattened if it was hit by even the flimsiest Citroen (apart from a 2CV, which would probably fall to bits when it hit).

I'm currently after some new wheels, and one of these beasties has cropped up locally.
Dare I? Too late, I've already Emailed the seller..... I know all about the crappy French build quality and the on-off relationships French cars have with electricity, but since it's basically a Mk3 Espace in a sharp suit, what could possibly go wrong? |
