the most likley reason most people have tme, is beacuse don is a regular face at the voc meets and people prefer to buy from someone they know.

go to a vt5 meet and im sure you will find that most of the cars have rica, cant see how you can complain as its a fact of life.

A number of us spent a very long time battling with what we saw as RICA's unjust advantage in the chipping market. Yeah, you got that right! Must be at least 2 years or more ago!
I would love to have a ride (or even, being cheeky) a drive in your 360. I loved mine! Tough as old boots and a real surprise (even as bog standard) to the souped up Nova boys et al.
I am glad I am getting all of this to come out in the wash, as we want our board back.
No claims of this that or the other, just guys like you and me saying "I have xx brand and I think it is the dogs danglies", "really" you say, "well I have my eye on XY brand and it has this feature", I say, "cool, I would like to try that if you get it. If it is like you say, it may be more suited to my future plans...." etc etc.
All that with no "Pushytunerguy here, I have xx and XY in stock but I recommend YY because that is my franchise and it is way better especially with 'secret mod'(tm), but for reasons I cannot say....." etc.

At last Matt, ive read all these discussions over the past 2 days and from the many, many, MANY posts written by yourself, this is probably the one that makes the most sence

VOC = Don + TME
VPCUK = VT + RICA

I'm tending to agree with Dan F on this one.

When Adam (associated with VT) was banned we lost, imo, a wealth of infomation.

Don will post to say he has some products for for sale or what he offers - he never promotes himself, just tells it as it is.

SW Autos is far too busy fixing Volvos than bitching.

The answer sadly, may be to ban all contributions from commercial parties, but this again will be a loss.

Perhaps the board can allow them to post their offerings on a fixed thread, not open for discussion.

Gonna be a tough call . . .
