Looks like this might be one of the larger meets, this threads only a few days old and so far:

sirSTUpid
cumbrianmale
mikealder
Craighooper14
Stevo48
frogs
BlueBrickSte
durkumdizer
Sonnyericsson

plus possibly:

migrator
t5_monkey

Considering the distances involved from North Scotland, Newcastle, Blackpool, Preston, Brampton, Halifax etc there will be a few miles travelled to get there when you add it all up, but it looks a good location with support for a decent turn out - 11:30 sounds good to me - Mike

Given the cost of petrol, disabled donkeys is most likely.

Shaping up to be a good meet, well done Stuart.

Yeah, shame about petrol prices, but i will have the family with me and if we hang around too long, the little ones won't be too happy, so could a short(ish) drive be in order?

Thankfully Toby carvery has a play area for the little ones, but there is nothing to stop some of us going for a drive after the meet ! I think it going to be one of those play it by ear things and just see how it pans out! I'm also going to bring a camera for some nice shots of the cars and there owners ( weather permitting )

Last time I attended a meet in this area there was an element of both - some of us stayed for a natter and some went for a drive about, having had a good natter.
