XC60 Questions

I have seen (and in some cases driven) the following XC60's in these clours:

Black Sapphire
Electric SIlver
Ice White (or whatever they call the Metallic White)
Ruby Red (like in the link above)
Bronze
Green (sick metallic paint!)
Titanium

Personally, I prefer Sapphire Black (obviously as I ordered it), but the red and titanium are fantastic and suits the car very well.

Re interior, I have chosen the black with contrasting brown stitching and Ikea wood which I think will look great. But have seen black with silver trim (looks very cold), brown/beige with Ikea/Silver trim which was very nice to look at in the brochure but upclose gives me and the wife the impression of bad quality and wide use of cheap plastics.

They don't do a Titanium, I assume you mean Saville Grey, which I agree looks great; in fact that is what I have ;-). I can also highly recommend the cream/espresso interior with light wood trim ;-)

May be the name is Saville Grey, but it certainly looks like Titanium (I had this on my V70).

The Brown/Beige interior (I guess you mean the same with cream/expresso) is unfortunately not my choice after seeing in the flesh. It was though.

Colour choice is completely subjective.

I have chosen silver metallic exterior with black leather and brushed aluminium trim. Imo wood inlays do not look good in a modern car. I have sapelli wood inlays in my current XC90 and regretted ordering them the moment I saw them.

I have just read on Volvo SE that the most popular colour on the XC60 is..... Terra Bronze!

After that comes Black and then Silver.

On C30 Black comes in at 29% of all cars.....

I'm choosing between an XC60 SE and SE Lux and according to the brochure under standard equipment interior the Lux has a 'Chrome Mannequin on Centre Console' - any ideas what this is??? BTW love the Saville Grey.

It means you get a little chrome figure on the dash. It is silver by day and lights up green at night. See page 11, 16 or 18 here http://www.volvocars.com/uk/All-Cars...0pricelist.pdf
