There is a guy on www.vpcuk.org with a white 850R estate. I have seen it and is a very tidy car.

I like the red ! though i do have one !.
Am about to have the wheels refurbished, does anyone have an R with non origional colcour wheels ?, mine are currently silver .
I fancy a "chrome" finish which ` the wheel clinic in sheffield do brilliantly

Have you tried metal magic in barnsley, had mine done two ish years ago and they are still going strong, although every two to three months I put on a large helping of poorboys wheel sealent.

are those figures right re the colours?
The one I'm getting is the torquoise blue (or nautic?).

The black 850 R was sold a while ago, g-wagon was also looking at this one. It was based in Glasgow but the lack of true service history did put me off, coupled with the fact the seller did not want my father going to view the car (on my behalf) during day light hours.
I have seen a gul 854 T5-R in the autotrader, but must focus in sorting out the cars I have already before looking at another.

The main differences (if I remember rightly) between the different T5Rs and the 850R was power.

The STD T5 had 225bhp
1st Gen T5R had 250bhp in manual and auto
2nd Gen had 250bhp as well... (I'm not so sure on that one)
850R had awd as an estate, and had 260bhp as a manual but 250bhp as an auto (I think, I'm sure that someone will correct me if i've got it wrong)

T5 is correct 225bhp
T5-R is 240bhp auto and manual has 30 sec boost
850 R manual is 250bhp the auto is 240bhp
No idea about the awd

Nautic is the Dark Blue whereas Turqoise is a Greeny Blue,
