Everything being said is going in the nogging don't worry! It's not a throw it together and hope project, if it makes it on the road for summer I'd be surprised.

Currently looking into brakes, depending on what wheels I'm going to run I'm hoping to use 4 pots off something as I can make adapters to suit no problem.

Barkster, what size intercooler are you using? Just hunting eGay now for some universal ones and not sure who to use or what size to go!

Default adapters

There's zero choice for wheels above 16" , unless you run decent spacers to change to FWD Volvo wheel offset. I've got 17" to go on with 25mm H&R spacers. Then you can use 336mm discs off a XC90 with whatever 4 pot you can find. I'd be interested in adapters if you're making some up.
The intercooler is 24x12x3 off ebay which fits with a bit bashing. I could do with mounting it better but it's been fine for years.
You might find it easier to put in with the pipes going to the bottom. Iseally it could do with being less wide and a bit deeper. The NPR ones are good and a ten minute drop in apparently!

That's a bummer about the wheels! What offset are they? I was hoping to run my S80 Canopus wheels on it.
Will let you know about the brackets, depends on what route I end up going wheel wise.
I'll have to convert that, no one uses inches these days :P

Do you have any heat issues with the rad? I was reading upon Ebay 'coolers earlier and someone mentioned about them not being too free flowing to what's behind them.

Default wheels etc

The S80 wheels won't fit without spacers as rwd is 20-25 and fwd is 45-55 offset The radiator is slightly off vertical one mine but I've never had any issues with it overheating but I've got the improved vac valve which has helped a lot cooling the head.

Would these work? Cossies are low impedance too..

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/13144...f14=108&ff19=0

Good for 400bhp too so room for more in the future.

Default cossie injectors

I've got browntop injectors which are the same as the green giant cosworth injectors, Bosch 803. Then there's grey cosworth injectors , Bosch 403. Light blues are Bosch 400 similar to the greys.

Pretty sure they will fit our engines without any troubles. I would personally go for high impedence injectors and do the resistor mod. Its quick and easy to do and is a more modern setup. Also an injector that makes 400bhp in a 16v cossie may not be suitable for our 8 valves at the same power level. A B230 takes alot of boost and fuel to make 400bhp.
