I've not been using the car for a few weeks coz of the probs.
I had a diagnostic done, it came up with O2 sensors.

I have replaced the Lambda Sensor on exhaust,
Replaced airflow sensor,
Replaced spark plugs,
Replaced coil packs and leads.

I'm running out of ideas now only thing I can think of now is the turbo.
Do a compression test mate. Takes 10 mins. It sounds like it could be head gasket. Compression tester is 15 quid from halfords. Strange your overheating but haven't had problems losing water though.

Carb? Do you mean throttle body? It's normal to have a small amount of oil in the boost pipes and throttle body. If it's excessive though it is a sign your turbo is on it's way out. I wouldn't worry about it though until you get oil smoking from your exhaust. My old t5 had a worn turbo but ran fine and lasted ages before it finally began to smoke when left idling for a few minutes.
