Is there a 'proper' way of changing all the ATF in one go without doing it several times over several days?

I have the “jolt” issue. Almost exclusively when the car has been driven for about an hour and in traffic when you stop, then as you take your foot off the brake - BOOM launch control mode and the car will lunge forward.
I changed the fluid yesterday - hopefully the pictures are attached, 20L flushed in total and as you can see it’s still brown, I’d go as far as to say it just looks the same. By the end flush though it did look transparent as it drained - it didn’t to start with, it was like tar. I have a feeling someone believed it was actually sealed for life. Oil change counter reset on icarsoft A lot smoother through the changes actually, I’m hoping the jolt issues is gone or significantly reduced 2012 xc70 D5 - 126k miles |

I have seen worse, almost black. Another change in 1000 miles would be prudent if the issue persists.
