Good job!

If it was me David, I would put both the Volvo emblem on and Heico badge on bottom right corner.

Well, the wife has just come home from shopping and said "I've just seen a volvo S40 with a nice grille & it was only an 05 plate" I want that grille!! (the one with black slats)

Oh dear, looks like I'll be on the look out for one of them even though they are like rocking horse poop

Women, doh!!!

Nice one for them, they are a great price too. I have the Heico style one that - ordered from USA & arrived last week, that cost me £56. Wife now wants the old style S40 grille which looks similar to the new style V50 grille. Great website though, cheers

Grille looks great....I had been toying with the idea of spraying mine for some time but thought that it might look naff....how wrong can you be!

It will be interesting to see how the paint lasts as the chrome effect could effect this unless perfectly 'keyed up'. Just wondering how it will stand the test of time with regular washing etc?

Keep us posted?

Nice job though!!!

Sorry guys but some pictures of exactly how you got the grille off would be appreciated? They will hopefully prevent me from spending too much time trying to work it out for myself if you don't mind??

Many thanks
