Saw an Amo at Goodwood with wire wheels!!! Anyone's on here?

As you say, each to their own.
I'm with Mitch on this one thought. The TT2s look superb and they are a gentle update of the classic American Racing Torque Thrust Ds from the 60s. Slot mags remind me of badly modified Vauxhall Vivas from the 80s |

Mitch, fair enough. Btw, does that mean that they are they considered to be bogan wheels over there?
Was that a light blue, relatively early four door, possibly with a darker roof? If it's the car I'm thinking of, it is a genuine Ruddspeed car, and the wires were fitted at the time of the conversion by Rudds.

Goodwood Amazon 122S with wires - I thought they looked rather cool myself. Car was good too.

By the grille badge (very rare) and the gear lever knob (modern) it could well be an original Ruddspeed. Wire wheels and the Moto-Lita were Rudd options. Being an early car, it fits the time when Rudd's were doing most of their conversions.
