yes you would get an air mass meter low flow code. if the flaps stick open you get a bit less torque when pulling away .

So got the app "torque" with WiFi dongle when I go flat to floor in 4th from low speed it comes up with 22psi on the boost gauge on app, don't know if you've read my fault but it's this, had remap done 10 years ago but felt no different, had a rolling road done and bhp and torque looked standard, do they said we can map it, they sent off ecu to celtic tuning in Newquay, it came back done but did say it was mapped before, got in and it felt slower than before so got them to put old map back on, I've had injectors checked all ok, fuel filter changed, egr blanked off but pipes still bit blocked not sure if that matters, if you look at previous posts I put a pic of the rolling road, just so much lack of power, had swirls flaps done about 11-12 years ago, please helppppppppp

Is your boost sensor working properly,is your turbo actuator working properly are the turbo vanes working properly. Are the swirl flaps still intact. Have you done a smoke test? Are your brakes working as they should,has your mpg changed. If its auto is the box slipping or clutch if its manual. Is the plenum chamber and associated pipes blocked.

You still haven't confirmed it's map or boost readings your gauge shows.

Cam turbo, on this torque app just says boost and on full throttle it reaches 22-23psi, how do I check anything else

What is the air filter like, fit a new one

Air filter is done less than 5000, trying to get a smoke test done, what seems odd is, this is been like this for 10 years, nothing changed in power since the remap even a new remap from celtic tuning, its so frustrating that I've tried most things to release the power in it but still nothing

ok ,
There is a EGR MIXER pipe that connects the egr to the inlet of the engine,
remove that and clean that out, as that can get full of crud,

When did you last change the fuel filter ?

Within torque add a display for intake manifold pressure and post what u get under load full throttle.
