Why don't you lot get a life, move on the story is closed. The guy in question has let it lie but no a few of you have to bang on over something that is none of your business so just all go away and annoy somebody else as you seem to get a kick out of it.

Dear Mr Bogart as this is a public forum and we read it you have dug your own hole by letting us see how you respond to a genuine apology for something that was unavoidable.Up until this point nobody had a problem.

I happen to think he was lucky he didn't have the oppertunity to purchase your daughters or your car as the oil leak caused by switching the heater on just about says it all.The two are not connected.Shame you couldn't get the "extra long"undertray for it as maybe the leak wouldn't have been so apparent? Although in your post asking for it you quite rightly said it was to stop the oil dripping on your block paviours,
I wish you luck wherever you choose to spend your time unless it's here in which case I think you will get lonely talking to yourself.
