Volvo are also introducing some new engines..... so now the total look like:

Petrol
1.6 100bhp 150Nm 169CO2
2.0 145bhp 185Nm 176CO2
T5 230bhp 320Nm 211CO2 (Geartronic only!)

Diesel
Drive 109bhp 240Nm 104CO2
D2 115bhp 270Nm 114CO2
D3 150bhp 350Nm 134/149CO2 (man/auto) 5cyl 2.0 litre
D4 177bhp 400Nm 134/149CO2 (man/auto) 5cyl 2.0 litre

So looking at this, they have replaced the D5 with 2 new engines, D3 and D4 using new 5 cyl 2.0 engines and lowered the CO2 output on most engine (if not all, don't have details so can't compare).

The Powershift gearbox is also gone, replaced with 6 speed Geartronics. The T5 is using a 5 speed Geartronic still.

yes they priced themselves out of the market,read in paper that a mondeo cost as much as a jag, there's approx 3 k coming off most models now that the scrapage scheme has come to an end.

should be some good deals online.

just looked on drive the deal.5 door titanium £19600 list price,gob smacked at that price,but should get approx 25% discount.

To get full leather/heated seats/bluetooth/metallic paint the Focus is £22600.
