Ok, I'll do that. I'll hopefully get my prototypes made from steel next week. Then I'll fit next weekend to check everything's spot on. Following that I'll get the drawings made and sent off for a price. Then if everyone is still on for them I'll get them ordered which should take a couple of weeks.

I might change the material from alloy to stainless steel. As I hadn't realised that the ends of the anti rollbars are bent, like a stretched Z. I thought it would be just a flat plate like the 240's. I'll have to see what I think. They might need to be 10mm at least if made from alloy in order to be strong enough. Where as 6mm stainless will be plenty strong enough.
As I say I'll see what I think. I'm guessing people would be ok with that?
Cheers

Got the prototypes made and fitted. You will need to replace the rear bolts for longer ones. The front one (shock mount) is long enough so no need to replace that.
You will need 6x m10 nuts, bolts and washers. 4x for the second bar and 2x for replacing the rear ones, as I mentioned above.
You will need to put a washer or two between the bracket and anti rollbar. Just on the rear holes. As I have the holes offset from each other so the second bar sits slightly behind the top one. I've done this incase you eventually decide (as I probably will) to upgrade to larger bars. If the holes where inline the bars would foul each other if using larger bars.
If u look at the photos carefully you can see where the washers are on the rear holes. I've had to do it that way as with the holes being offset from each other I can't make it work without using washers.
I've decided to go with 6mm stainless plate.
I will find out a definite price in the next week or two
Cheers

To all the guys who replied to my pm, thanks. To the rest of u that havnt got back to me, does that mean u are no longer interested? I'm not going to go out my way to get these made if people are going to mess me about. So if u still want some u need to let me know.
Sorry to sound like a bitch, but I have better things to do than be chasing after people.
Cheers
Martin
