Can someone confirm dates for this year's National/BKV?

On the post from Administrator it states 10th to 14th June, but Driver (page 12) and VOC website states 16th to 20th June (with main events including BKV, on Sun 18th).

Would hate people to turn up on wrong weekend (2005 dates were 10th to 14th).
I hope it is weekend of 18th, as I can make that weekend, but not the one before.

People camping usually turn up on the Friday, so I would say Sunday 18th June 2006 would be correct.

I'm so sorry there was a mistake in the original post - the BKV competition is on Sunday 18th June from 10 am onwards.

Hi, Now that date is confirmed, I have booked flights and will see you all there. BTW, if any other people are interested over here in Ireland, there are Dublin - Birmingham - Dublin flights available on Ryanair for €69 return incl all taxes and baggage fee (on 11 May 06). The outbound flight leaves you in Birmingham at 0730h and the return flight leaves Birmingham at 2225h. The checked baggage limit is 20 Kg and the cabin baggage limit is 10 Kg ( car parts are heavy! ). The BKV is 70 miles from Birmingham.

I have just got tickets to see the mighty Foo Fighters and Queens of the stone age in Hyde park London the night before. So I'll be the guy asleep in the saffron V70 R.

Thumbs up Bkv

I'm going to try and make it this year. Won't be entering Agneta though - just enjoying the views

Hope to meet some of you in person!

Hope to see you there RT.
BTW is it possible for the Club to provide Notice Boards at the BKV for those who cannot get their car to the BKV. Owners could put up a sheet with pictures and possibly history of work done. Does anyone else think this is a good idea?
