It is so easy to clean for Petrol cars, but I dont even know where to start looking on a Diesel. My idling is a bit off on my S40 Diesel, but i dont know how to find it, remove it and then clean it

Just an idea about poor idling...

Have you come across this thread http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showth...injector+clean
about injector cleaning. They can have an effect on idling

I would be interested in the brake/clutch master cylinder and resevoir if it's possible to remove it. It should fit my phase 1 V40 (2000 model). What sort of price inc. postage? Post code is PO9 (Hampshire)

Hi

I checked the Haynes manual and Vadis and it seems easy to remove. I checked ebay and a master cylinder goes for £20 +£4 postage and the reservoir £28 +£5 postage!!!!!!

Does £25 including 1st class recorded sound reasonable?
