Yes thats it, you need to clean it out, use brake or carb cleaner, that could be why the power is dropping off at low rpm, reduced air flow,
When was the fuel filter last changed,
Dave

Hi can you please do another log, revving to the red line as I want to see if the MAF reading goes any higher , because on the dyno printout the power is dropping off after 3000rpm ,
This is my dyno printout of my euro3, 2002 D5 it made 208bhp and 440 nm
I did on the day try 2 different maps by swapping out ecus the other map is still holding power to about 4700rpm then it drops off, and the torque comes in sooner , they are both making about the same power but with the torque
coming in sooner that is a good increase but it is running more boost for that map, and that is the one I am running now, if I find that one I will post it,
Your car has a larger turbo and better injectors , But I do not have a DPF, only a 2 cats,
Dave

As the above poster said give it a girt clean hopefully it will resolve your issue but even if it doesn't it will certainly help.

Your MAP sensor that fits in the intercooler reads pressure and inlet temp,
But the MAF sensor also reads Temp,
With that program I don't know what sensor it is reading the Temp from,
ask your mechanic mate what reader he has, as a Volvo vida, icarsoft, Delphi, and some others will read both sensors, looking at your log it looks like it mite be reading the temp from the map sensor,
what you can try doing is un-plug the maf sensor and see if it is still reading the inlet temp using torque app,

also were the intake for the air filter box is, under the bonnet slam panel,
look to see if that is clear and that there is not a dead bird or anything blocking air
Really you could do with the STD Volvo ECU map getting flashed back on to see if it is the same,
like I have been saying it may just be a badly written ECU map, not all tuners ECU maps are the same, The tuner or software file service, will read the ECU map then make some changes in that map then the so called tuner garage will re program the map back into the ECU,
You can not just flash an so called of the shelf tune in as the bosch ecu that is in the Volvo has the VIN number and other security things programed in to is, so you can not just fit another ecu with out reprograming it,
that could be why when you had another map put on to it , the car did not feel any better ?

Have you pugged Volvo vida in to your car to see if it can see anything up with the car,
Dave

Hi Like I said I need you to do another log in 3rd up to 4500RPM
so we can see what the maf reads then,
Thanks Dave
