A couple of pics of the 140 set up from EZ. This was in '08 so there might be minor changes. I note that the shaft at the steering wheel end is out further than on the original. That might have needed shortening. '08 was early days for EZ. They had versions on the tables for 1800's and Amazons. Pics available.

arcturus, I was not allowed to post you (as administrator) as I have less than 30 post. My name is bogunnar.andersson and I use gmail.
Derek, the EZ unit is probably made for a exibition and not useable. I cannot understand the long shaft at steering wheel end. There was a change from 73. The two pins at the collapsable unit was moved from steering gear shaft (lower shaft) to steering column shaft. On my 73 the stering wheel nut sits very deep in the steering wheel so the shaft is short. Thanks again for all info Bo Gunnar |
