But given the treats appearing today, and the existence of a healthy 140 series UK owners group, you won't be missing out.

Just don't click on any kitten videos etc. in your 'feed'. The algorithm will detect and suggest an unending stream of similar. Stick to the Volvos.

Zooming in on the photo showing a heap of parts inside the car, is that a headlining backer board, as it looks to have a sunroof cut out.

Not sure if these early 145's would have had headlining boards, probably more like perforated vinyl and sprung wire ???

Think headliner is the least of the problems.
Chunk missing below n/s headlight, sills overdue replacement.

OTOH its a runner, which is more than could be said for some costing far more.

Definitely going to need a big bottle of Argomix to do that one.

😀😀 ha ha, headliner wasn't my main concern, more that it could be a clue, if it's got a dodgy aftermarket sunroof, or actually any type of sunroof then you can almost guarantee rot isn't going to be far away, and probably in the worst place to repair it well (unless you're Mitch).
