No update on the wheels, but I did get these......
Yellow covers for the headlamps, because I hought they were cool! But whilst in the engine bay I noticed this Should my carb have some sort of cover or cowl? It looks like there are x3 screw holes around the outside of it, also what sort of carb is it? Is it the stromberg? |

That's better! The wheels were really holding it back.
It looks freakin' awesome now! SO worth every penny. I love my V70 dearly but I am rather jealous of your 240. I really might have to get myself one eventually... Boots.

Your car looks stunning now, you're so lucky to have it, and in such amazingly good condition too. I rather like the upright grill on those earlier cars, it gives more 'presence' somehow, very dignified.
