  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

first thing i did when i got the car 2 months ago was a full service was going to sort cambelt but problems started
on closer inspection the maf has one of the 3 blades flapping around so im thinking at the moment it is buggerd
going to buy a new one oem quoted £160 plus the now not as nasty as before bit but still nasty vat
today cleaned flame trap checked all pipes are in correct place cleaned plugs awaiting the new maf now

ooo i see now could all the cranking have contaminated the oil with fuel

new maf £188 put into place two screws a plug and one running volvo omg how happy am i
checked codes only one showing 1 2 1
as before
cant seem to delete it tho
pin 3 to 5 five secs wait for flash reinsert for 5 secs is this correct

Yes,
but you need to read the code twice in one session then the first reset pulse needs to be more than 5 seconds (6 or 7 is good). The second reset pulse needs to be started before the LED goes out after the first pulse so you need to be quick.
