That's a shame that they don't fit after the effort of painting them. As you are thinking about doing the work to make them fit, as an alternative would it be possible to take the lenses and adapt the covers from a RHD car, it seems a lot of work either way.

Hello
So now we are on the lookout for a few LHD breakers, it's never ending when we get into mods, which I enjoy
Are we after the passenger side also?
Cheers

Hello,
I was wondering about the angle issue. I will definitely be buying these if you can resolve all issues, it's just unfortunate you have become our guinea pig.
But if your are succesful I am sure your efforts will not be in vain as a few of us will follow suit - if we can find LHD breakers that is.
Cheers
Thinking about this, perhaps we can transfer the inner gubbings, motor etc, from our RHD into the LHD casing.

Hello,
Been thinking about you and this issue over the weekend, and meant to leave a message.
Thanks for following up.
Will the mirrors still adjust ok for the UK as they are now LHD housing?
Paul: nice one! You may have further orders
Cheers
