I am liking what you say Peter, please keep it up. I frequently visit France, have you found a way to convert the speedo to km or is it still a tiny indication on the drivers screen.

When you switch from imperial to metric it changes the whole speedo to KMH so no peering at the small display as before. The new digital dash displays your speed with with an analogue type dial (computer generated) plus a very bold central numerical display.

New update:

A FAULT!! Had a warning light saying the headlamp system had failed and then the turn indicators had failed (when trying to use them). Car was trying to book itself in for an appointment and everything.

This was Saturday night. Started it on Sunday morning - fault cleared.

Nearly up to 3k miles now and still not seen another.

I phoned this morning, but salesman with a customer, I'm going to ring again if I don't get a call back by 5pm.

I've had the phone call from dealership.
Quess what, the cars not even built yet. Said he would ring me back tomorrow with more details, l reckon we are going to be taking October now, which is back to the original estimate.
I'm having to let my current car go on Friday, it's not fair on my family member to keep messing him around, plus the insurance for it runs out on Friday as well.
Lucky I've got the Peugeot to fall back on.

Doesn't give me much hope then. Latest info is build date 20 October. It was 30 September then end of October every time I ask it's changed. Try and establish what the problem is if you can.

Problem number 2: sat nav thinks we now live in Sweden and won't locate car in the U.K. at all. Tried full-on reset and no joy so looks like it's a trip back to the dealers.
