Whack it on full power and leaving it in the car with windows and doors closed for a day

Hi,

Just bought a V70 and I need a few bits. Please can you let me know if the following are available and price?

Washer bottle cap
Headlight wiper blade
Door open red lights (4)
Rear ashtray
Rear cigar lighter and socket
Drivers door opening stop/strap
