Timing belt is getting changed tomorrow

LOL! It just looks like the bracket that goes round IC pipe to top of engine is missing!!! So if it ain't that, what is missing?!

I changed the timing belt today i only had record of it being changed at 80thou at volvo and nothing since.The T4 is on 160 thou and its a good job i did there was loads of cracks in the belt showing it was well past its sell by date and with one of are members on here with an s40 having snapped his belt i wasnt taking any chances.

That could have been a far bigger problem than the light switch, if that had snapped.

**note as mine is an auto,, which has the squeeze to opperate bit under the tip of the gear knob,and only goes back and forwards,, im nearly exempt from starting such threads,,,,

I grab mine at the underside of the top and move it up and down, but sometimes left and right, when the fancy takes me.

Stuck some super in from shell at 1.40 a litre and shows the same as when I fill up at 1.30.9 lol its starts better and is smooth,also more responsive I don't no if this is because of the chip
