So, tomorrow I will be putting on the first layer of wax (Fusso soft 99 coat - dark), then topped off with Fusso 'The Kiwami' wax.

Put a layer of soft 99 wax on the wheels today.

Photos of the work so far...

Leave the car facing into the sunlight, with the caps off and let the heat of the sun dry them out.

Replace the caps once the fog has disappeared.

My tail light on the off side fogs up when I use the pressure washer to rinse off the car, after snow foaming. Probably need the seals replacing/cleaning.

If it only happens when you wash it it must be soaking in there.

At least you have the skills to remove the light without taking off the bumper, Druid!

Maybe just need to tighten the bolts in the back.

I'll try that first any way.

It's achievable Gary you have to push the plastic down and wriggle the things out. Tricky but I can manage it

Is there not a big risk in scuffing the top of the bumper?

Gary
