Default Magic 3 Reducer looks like its leaking

Has anyone had experience with a Magic 3 reducer leaking from around the black seal close to the top? This link has a picture for reference:

http://www.lpgshop.co.uk/magic-3-250...t-6mm-reducer/

I have an issue at the moment where if I floor it, the AFR goes rich to the point of misfiring and when backing off the throttle it takes time to recover. My experience of this in the past has been when the reducer is not getting up to operating temperature and the gas is going in as a liquid. The first thing I checked was coolant level, which was ok. Then I noticed a residue around the black seal on the magic 3. I'm wondering if a leak here could cause similar symptoms?

I doubt they will be related to the issue at all.

What is the gas pressure doing?

The gas pressure is set to 130, and stays very constant during acceleration.

The reducer temperature is hovering at about 30 degrees (I have it set to changeover to gas at 25 so its only just getting there), and on acceleration drops right down to the point where it misfires.

30 degrees is far too cold from what I remember...
I've recently moved the reducer further down in the engine bay as it was almost at the same height as the evaporation tank and difficult to bleed. Since moving it down it has performed solidly till now. To me it seems like there is a blockage in the reducer?

The temprature should be over 60, does the temprature rise if the heater is on?

There is no real difference in temperature with the heater on full heat or cold.

To clairfy, the engine temp gauge is reaching its normal position, the gas temp, which I'm getting from the LPG software is showing that the reducer is only getting to 30 ish degrees. Feeling the heater hoses and the blast from the heaters when they were on indicates to me that the engine is getting to temp.

There was some gunk in it, I gave it a flush and it improved somewhat. Its gone back to how it was now so I'm going to do a full coolant flush. It seems to be the cause of the problem.

Is it possible to dismantle the reducer to clean the insides?

You can but you will need a seal kit for it. A flush should sort it
