There's a belt behind all the visible ones inside the plastic covering, the timing belt to be precise. I'd check that first. Check the fuses for the diesel pump and glow plug relay aswell, the info you need in locating these are in the handbook. |

Believe me or not, before loading car onto lorry car started like nothing happened.. so I been driving since than.. and this morning I get to work was fine. In about hours time wont start. AA guy plugged in his diagnostics device and told me that there is no fuel pressure. When he first time checked it was low and than again after 30min he done test again it was 0.0.
He checked fuses all good. Last thing is fuel pump? Or there is other bits which can go wrong?

I had a problem a couple of years ago with my D3 not starting. The fuel level was low mind. The fault turned out to be the low pressure pump within the fuel tank. When you switch the ignition on ready to start but without putting your foot on the clutch or brake do you hear a slight whine from beneath the back seat? You should do.
By the way the fault didn't show up as this on diagnostics but the Volvo garage managed to do it through go old fashioned trial and error. Thankfully they didn't charge me for all of this lol! |

Not sure what that would be. The low pressure pump is definitely in the top of the fuel tank below the back seat bench.

Zero also sounds like a suspicious value on a working sensor. Diagnostics only gets you so far sometimes so get your car looked at by someone competent not just someone who happens to have a scanner and a spanner.

If your engine was turning over but showing no fuel pressure, I don't understand their opinion.
Various battery voltage readings and voltage drop tests could easily be carried out with a multimeter and there are videos on my YouTube channel.
