2015 S80 front door card removal

Does anybody know of any step by step guides to remove front door panels / cards to install sound proofing sheets? The vibrations from speakers are horrendous and completely ruin a great sounding system. My concern is the amount of connectors and cables etc particularly door lock mechanism and window actuators / switches but I just can't live with it as it is so any tips are more than welcome!

There's a video guide on YouTube from a guy installing LEDs behind the door handles, but he removes the door cards to do so.
