Default Sensus Connect Apps S60 2015

Hiya

New here but just picked up a new to me, S60 SE Lux Nav 2015 model.

I noticed there's a section for downloading apps, so I connected the unit to my home WiFi while parked in the drive but wheneverI go to the apps section, I just get a HTTP 500 error (server side error it seems).

Was wondering if anyone else had seen this?

Cheers

Seen a few comments about this recently the apps work for me, but I have never attempted connecting to to my home wifi (why would wpyou?) Bluetooth to phone and hotspot on it works for operating the apps but I’ve never added any that weren’t here from new.

The choice is poor, weather is the only one I have used

Well, at least it's not just me. I only connected to my home WiFi to test the store connectivity as I was sat in the car on my drive at the time. I also did try connecting via Bluetooth to my phone but it didn't work (the internet connection that is).

Thanks for chiming in. I did ring the Volvo dealer I got the car from to find out why, waiting on a call back.

I'd be interested to know if you get a decent answer back - I also connected via the home wifi, and although my RTTI (Real Time Traffic Info) seemed to work properly, unlike with 3G when out and about, the apps still wouldn't work. To be honest, I came to the conclusion it wasn't worth pursuing - I just don't need any more scraps with non-human customer relations / IT teams !!

And just to make it worse, although this refers to the USA, I can see it happening over here:

Just got an xc60 66 plate with the same issue. Would like to know a fix if there is one?

Seems like a server side issue, that's what the 500 error means. Do let us know though what they say, they never bothered ringing me back
