they are pretty minor issues to fix, just a tyre, a hose and a gaiter, and handbrake adjustment. The insecure exhaust back box is common, hanger bracket is here, 11

Another vote in favour! I bought my near identical car four years ago with a few months MOT left to run. Guess what; it required attention to the hand-brake and rear exhaust hanger. As 'Alpine' says, these are very common issues on this model.

I don't know how much yours will make without an MOT, 'Scruff0372', but as a guide, the dealer was asking 700 for my 118k car. I said that I would meet the screen price if he would put a year's ticket on it. He declined, but immediately offered me the car as a 'trade sale' for 550. We shook, and I drove it home. Four years and 12k later, it is running well and has required only very minor repairs in addition to routine servicing.

I'd keep it!

Regards, John.
