Default Fluttering Over Humps

Undulating country backroads at legal speeds, when you get to the crest, the car feels light and you can hear a fluttering sound briefly. Anyone any ideas what that might be about?

Its not turbo for sure (constant speed/load), so wondering what else it might be. From the front end - drive shaft issue?

Do you have mud flaps fitted? We had a v70 t6 that was a x police car and it had flaps fitted..... some corners they used to scrape a little.

As you have says driveshaft issue, try the bolt that goes threw the hub- early v50’s seemed to have a problem with them coming loose.
