940's with issues sell for between £200 and £400 (on ebay) if you are lucky.

I've said it before, you need to clear out all the crap that is inside it, change the wheels so they all match (consider selling Jag wheels separately as you'll get more money), give it a clean inside and out and go and photograph it somewhere instead of what appears to be an overgrown back alley. If there are parts to go with it thats great, but photo them seperately.

At the moment it looks like a car not far from the scrapyard. It might not be but you're only going to get £300 offers as it stands. First impressions count.

It's probably a nice car but if I wanted a running driving car I wouldn't even go and see yours with the pics you've put up unless it was local.

If you are unable to present it well because of your illness that's fine, but don't expect loads of money for it. Maybe you could pay a local teenager a few quid to help with the above, knowing you'll get a larger return for the effort.

Thanx for your input - Just been offered £400 for the engine and ancillaries and the guy will remove the engine as I can't. That leaves an excellent gearbox, new radiator and intercooler. Pity about the brand new Bilsteins and Killens. Plan B might be to get someone to fit the Rover V8 for me ........... BTW, if I could take it somewhere to photograph it - I wouldn't be selling it.
