That was an expensive visit!
'Dipped beam' message came up, looked at the bulb and it was looking a bit dim and rather purple in output, so went to dealer to get a replacement Xenon.
They fitted it for me while I waited. Got home, and the OTHER bulb displayed dim and purple (but no dashboard warning message). Went straight back to dealer who said the other bulb neaded replacing. Total cost £286 (with 10% off) and apparently no labor charged. Wow, that's all I can say. I hope they last a fair while!

It's a bit late now but dealers really know how to charge for those bulbs - the standard bulbs can usually be picked up from Amazon for around £50 each. |
