Looking for one with a 2.3 engine non turbo, auto box, anything considered, testing the waters |

The 2.3 is definitely better.
Last year I bought a 2.0 auto and while it is humourlessly slow , it’s ok over the ground. I regularly travel 130 miles to Norfolk in mine and it really is ok. I neither wanted a 2.0l nor an automatic but I have to admit I love the old bugger! He is in fairly good order, that made my mind up. I can see why you want one!👍😃 Good hunting!🧐

The coffin noses did herald the “more easy to live with motors.” My o/d auto is most acceptable out and about!🧐
