Hi there,

Which area would you fit the blanking plate as i have the exact dv and plan to fit it at the weekend.

Blanking plate covers space left by original recirc valve, hidden down the back of the turbo. 3 bolts, one of which is a bugger to get at!! And as for the DV itself, it is best to fit as close to the throttle body as possible, though easier as per pic as there is a longer flat portion in the pipe at the intercooler end.

Personally, I'd replace the pipe with reinforced Silicone hoses (as I have done) and you can arrange it to suit best.
