Smile LED or not?

Does anybody know what type of bulbs should be in the position/parking light
on a 2010, facelift, C70?
Just taken the car for an MOT & was told that one of the bulbs had failed, but both had been replaced as the ones that were in the car were incorrect.
LEDs have been removed and ordinary bulbs have now been put in, but these seem quite dim and very yellow.
The car has HID/xenon headlights, so these yellowish bulbs now look out of place.
The owners manual is of little or no use as it seems to think my car has H7
headlights.
Any help / advice would be much appreciated.

The original yellow bulbs were probably replaced by a previous owner for LED's for precisely the reason you mention. They didn't look right with the xenons. You can swap them back to LED's if you prefer the look. Ebay or Amazon will stock them. Taking one of the bulbs out and comparing it with pics on Ebay should give you an idea.

I have led side lights with hid dipped beam, i took the hid bulbs out and put the standard bulbs in for the mot but left the led side lights in and it passed ok!

Even if you had OEM xenons, the parking bulb would be standard "yellowish" one, but thats exactly why people replace them to LEDs to match XEnons.
Get yourself a branded 5w5 LED bulb (like Osram LED white or something) and it should last forever and will match nicely to your main lights
