Volvo s60 2013 D2 Start Stop Noise

Well , i was worried about a strange noise that it was happening in this volvo.

I wanted to ask if anybody know about this noise. This is a Volvo s60 2013 diesel with start stop system. When the car stops using the start stop system , a strange noise happens, i don't know but i think this is not normal.

I uploaded a video that i filmed so you can hear the noise, while the car is stopped .

Hi Matias, that is an unusual sound.

When the engine stops using Start/Stop, all systems (electrical, vacuum for the brakes etc) are maintained. It sounds like a small leak in a vacuum system to me.

that sounds like a faulty bearing on an electric motor , there is a small electric water pump which runs when it is stopped , i would take it to your dealer !
