Unhappy XC70 - Front Wheel Noise..

So.. 100 miles into journey home with new ride when all quiet on roads, right bend, pulsing rubbing noise, speed dependant, gets louder the more you turn, pretty much starts as soon as you start turning..

Brake discs seems to be coming up in searches.. but not sure how that figures.. any opinions?

Will have wheel off at the weekend to see if anything's showing signs of being rubbed..got it booked into a garage Monday for a look so will post answer then..

It might be a build up of rust/ corrosion on the edge of the disc . Are wheel nuts tight ?

Sticky caliper - wheel bearing - brake shield - bit of debris caught in the pad/disc. All likely culprits.

We had growling sound when turning right. In all probability wheel bearing going. Ours is going in for replacement later this month.

If it's catching on the back plate only when turning right either the back plate or the hub is moving.
Check if anything could push the back plate into the disk. If nothing obvious suspect wheel bearing in hub. At least that would be my course of action.
