Car swap - your thoughts please

Hi guys. I'd like your thoughts on a plan i have.
Basically I've got a 1997 940 2.3lpt Torslanda and a 1999 Saab 9-3s 2.0i
Both have full service history and are in good nick.

The Saab is mothers but she has damaged her left arm and needed an auto so i got her the 940 but the MPG is too high for her.
She wants an estate for the dogs, an auto to help her arm and a diesel for economy.
I could have put this in the for sale sections but i'm not after any particular model it just has to have the 3 requirements.
What do you think are my chances of doing a straight swap? ie. 2 cars for 1
What do you think the 2 combined cars are worth?
Is there anyone on here who would be interested in this sort of deal?

Sorry mods if this is in the wrong place but as i say theres not one single section i felt this could go in.
