Hi guys i have EGR position sensor- signal to high ,code what does it mean?

Hi it's 2007 c30 d5. Just want to add that mechanic checked EGR couple months ago and said that it's clean. Thanks

HI guys tomorrow I will try to clean egr what I suppose look for as I don't really know how that looks like my car is 2007 c30 d5.thanks

its not the EGR Valve dirty, it is the position sensor faulty . that black plastic casing facing you on the end of the EGR valve ..

It might be worth seeing what happens if you pull the EGR plug out, spray it with contact cleaner etc and refit it.

Volvo plugs and sockets are waterproof and dont suffer this problem , Ford plugs might however , but these position sensors are usualy very reliable but can play up now and again on a few cars .

yes you can get most of the EGR parts separatly ...
