Easy Rear Seat Entertainment Solution
Hi all,
Just a post about a cheap and easy rear seat entertainment solution. We have been using head rest mounted dvd player for the last few years on long drives but the video quality and screen size was always an issue. We had previously looked at Brodit iPad fixing systems as Volvo headrests was always awkward to fit most systems. However, for Christmas, I managed to find a solution for the kids: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Pretty sturdy and supports an iPad air no problems. Great thing is that I can connect the cars sound system to the iPad via the car's bluetooth or the kids can use their bluetooth headphones - got kids a philips bluetooth noise cancelling pair for less than £40 from Argos on sale. Head rest mount was such a good fit I ordered another one for the other head rest. Also got a 500GB wireless hard drive on order for £50 to put a very reasonable selection of DVDs on tap for the kids. Its on sale at the moment on Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Seagate-Wir...M0XYBDR0ZZ66DA Hope that helps anyone looking for rear seat entertainment at a fraction of the price! Cheers Steve |

Hi Brian
Still going strong. Bit of bounce in them since its elasticated with ipad in but with ipad mini its fine as its lighter. To get rid of bounce i stuffed a hi-vis vest behind it and its all good and tight. Only used for about 2 hr journeys to date and all good. Cheers Steve |
