Default V70 Cruise control

Hi. I have just completed an ETM rebuild with a Sacer unit. Before this the cruise control was working well but since the rebuilt the car performance has improved with no ETS light (was intermittent)and better idle but no cruise control. Any thoughts are appreciated. thanks

Get the codes read with VIDA and it will tell you what the problem is.

Hi. Had the codes read and nothing relating to the cruise control or ETM. Strange it stopped working on first run after the ETM rebuilt. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Default Cruise control still not working

Coming up to holiday time again so thought I would look to get this sorted. Still not cruise control but worked once out of the blue a few weeks ago. switched off then back to dead. Recent visit to specialist shows no codes at all on vida. Does anyone have a guide to start fault finding?. I believe it is an electronic system? so no pump or vacuum?. assistance is much appreciated.

Could it be the switch not making contact?
