  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

He's right though, you should have got a box/pack and a badge.

Also you can email Polestar and give them your VIN and they can tell you if its loaded against your chassis did it with my XC60 might do it with the 90.

Once the Polestar "option" is loaded against your VIN I think it gets updated if they update the map when they update all the other software.

So all they are doing when you buy the Polestar option is sending a request to Volvo/Polestar to say add a tick next to this option against this car's VIN.

Then when they reload the software for your car, because the option is ticked it now writes the Polestar software instead of the normal software.

But because its just an option against your VIN, next time the software of your car is updated in general, I'm guessing if there are Polestar updates to the maps, etc, they get upgraded too.

This is all just guesswork based on what I've seen! Could be wrong!

Does anyone have the email address for polestar for this? I tried the contact Us form from the website but didn't hear anything back.
