You lot kept the remaining 9 months of my £288 policy, took my one years no claims, told me I had to make a claim to get a vehicle recovered and paid out.... Zero.
I'm sure it's just a small misunderstanding you know.

I'm stuck now. Two miles from food, fifteen miles from a bank, four miles from a Post Office etc.....
