Default Powerpulse hose again?

Had the Powerpulse hose replaced last November as part of a recall. Since service in Feb the car feels like the Polestar has been deleted and back to surges in acceleration. Last 2 weeks noticed a loudish compressor sound for first 30 seconds or so after startup. Even after 5 mins. AC is switched off and I don't have air suspension. Is this likely to be the hose again. Anyone else had recent problems?

They may not have tightened one of the pipe fittings enough and it might have loosened off, "Quacker" had his hose replaced and had to go back because of this, but he noticed the problem straight away.

Mine is 2017 MY, (june 2016) I had the hose replaced, if it requires changing they do it when your car goes in for a service or other work, the EGR bracket is replaced at the same time. I was told it would be done when I booked my car in for srevice as there is a TJ out for cars requiring the mods.

My service is not due before the end of the year- and I'll be doing A LOT of driving during the summer.. I hope it's been updated (the car was built mid Nov '17..), otherwise I might have to book some dealer time while on vacation..

Your dealer will be able to tell you if you require it doing if you call them, although I hsd mine done I did not have any problems before it was done.

Those should be independent systems. Sounds like an electrical problem. PCB could be messed up or battery low voltage

Surges of acceleration could be adaptive program on the auto box. Ask for a reset.

Mine's MY17. As mentioned, the pipe was replaced last November as a recall. It's just been in again this week to have the replacement hose replaced as it had a hole in it.

I wouldn't be surprised if mine wasn't leaking again. Had no trouble with the original but dealer didn't install the replacement properly and it leaked from day one. Now it is starting to make a noticeable noise again when pulling hard at 1500 to 2200, where it was silent [after being rectified a few weeks ago] up until yesterday.
