J_R 2006 driveshafts

Has anyone bought a driveshaft from J_R 2006 off fleabay?
Asked them if there driveshafts have the band for abs sensor,(band on my drive shaft is splitiing) but they replied abs sensor goes in hub.

I've bought a couple of CV joints from them for what seemed ridiculously cheap money (i.e. a CV joint, boot, clips, bolt and spring for less than the cost of a genuine boot) so far so good but only a few thousand miles on them.

On P3 model Volvo (post '07 V/XC70 etc) the ABS is Ford based and the reluctor ring is replaced with a "tone ring" which is a stainless steel band on the CV joint - not the hub. I have tried a long time to buy replacement rings but no look. The same system is used on Ford Kuga models and the rear driveshafts are the same as used on XC60 and XC70 AWD Volvo models.

What car do you have and which shaft do you need?

My cars a 2007 S80 d5
Need passengers side front drive shaft.
Lights out at min but not confident it's fixed

claims compatibility with the '07 S80 D5 but it does show a toothed ring.

Not that I have any problems with the ABS on my XC70 but being forewarned is being forearmed so I'd like to understand the situation on my D5. Does this ebay poster have it wrong?

Those rings will not fit a P3 car.

J&R say there drive shafts have band fitted, think there's are £79 with 2years warranty. Got quoted £110 from a breaker on fleebay.
