Default Air filter for 5 cylinder 2.4 D5 XC60

Is 31370161 the right part number?

Thanks in advance.

Yes it is that Volvo part number. The Volvo one is actually branded Mahle inside the box anyway so you can buy the identical Mahle packaged item LX 1591/9 instead if you wish. Can be bought for £20-£25 delivered on Ebay/AutoDoc etc.

Same with cabin filters Mahle LAK 387 is the same item as the Volvo item 31390880 £15-£20 delivered Autodoc etc.

Oddly the oil filter casing says Mann internally, yet the large intake snorkel across the engine bay is Mahle. Personally Id go for Mann.
