Unhappy tappy

Hi .this is my first attempt at a msg so hope it gets to someone.i have a tapping sound from my d4 deisel on my xc60.maind dealer says he cant hear it but I can.any clues pls.

Which main dealer are you using? Stoneacre Chesterfield?

Also bit more on the car, what age, whether in warranty etc..
