Default ESC and Tyre pressure Fault !!

Hello team!
I have recently bought a V40 cross country 1.5 T3 2018 model.
My car decided to pop up a message for tyre pressure system repair and turn off the ESC. (tyre pressures all ok). I started of course from Volvo, they charged for the calibration of 2 systems but the problem still on! After a day of working on car, they said they don't know the cause and need time to search the problem!!?? I went to a local workshop to find the DTC code and it was the following: C006364 and U041568.
We tried to erase the faults, but they come up at a few miles.

Also do you have any idea where the yaw sensor(G sensor) is placed??
Does this model have accelerometers ??

Any help would be valuable!

The tyre pressure monitor on that car works by monitoring closely the wheel speeds and comparing them to each other - if a tyre starts to deflate it shrinks a little and hence the wheel speed increases slightly compared to the other 3 tyres. The changes are absolutely miniscule but it is detectable.

Hence I *think* (rather than know for certain) that the problem will be ESC/ABS based which is having a knock-on impact on the TPS system.

Not sure if you have seen these already :

I'm not sure where the yaw sensor is on the V40 but on most (if not all) other models it's under one of the front seats.

Unless it is a simple fault - say loose bracket - I would stick with the dealer, I would also phone Volvo technical support, they are often quite good in tricky situations and will liaise with the dealer. At that age I would also be looking for a substantial contribution if it's expensive.

I had the same issue last year. It was a faulty ABS rotation sensor in one tyre. All these systems, ABS/ESC, TPMS, City Safety relies on the ABS sensor. It costed me 75£ in an independent garage last year. An error code comes in the diagnostic checks which shows the faulty sensor.
